*SPOILER*
I couldn't catch the last costume. I think it has to do with the cult master who requires secrecy to leave correspondence. Do you know if this is it or somewhere else?
If you fail to keep secrecy, you can visit the banished cult member's house. His house is located near yours to the left with a marked mailbox.
He will tell you where you can find his Robe.
If you keep secrecy, the cult leader will grant you the costume.
